It’s a perfect dress for holiday wardrobes. And if you don’t run out of sewing this summer, one thing is certain: next summer will definitely come! You will see that the fringed dress has absolute potential as a last-minute dress, because sewing it will hardly take more than an evening. It is smocked in the waist area and the shoulders are slightly gathered with ties. The top has enough width and therefore sits very casually. The overlaps are placed in such a way that the cut-outs provide beautiful but not too deep insights. If you prefer to sew your dress without fringes, that’s no problem at all. After all, there are also fabrics, such as light knit fabrics, that would be damaged by the cuts. In this case, you should cut the skirt parts with the slightly curved ends. Then you can hem your dress as usual. Of course, you can also sew a matching fan border onto the hemmed edge.
The pattern covers sizes XS/S, M and L, which corresponds to double sizes 34/36, 38/40 and 42/44. The pattern is designed for a standard size of 168 cm.
